She knew he was wrong. He knew it too. The truth was everyone in that courtroom knew he was guilty. Yet when it was time for judgment, the triumphant look on his face said it all.
A criminal was honorably exonerated for lack of evidence. Blind Justice stood silent, holding out her scales and sword.
