Dusk

Pause awhile, reflect
joys, fears layered within- 
dusk plucks soul-string.

  3. Okay from a technical standpoint, a haiku could be 5 7 5 or 3 5 3 syllables. The second and third lines could use one more syllable each... For example:
    joys, fears layered within me - 7
    dusk plucks my soul-string. - 5
    I reread the comment you left me and realized I should look at this again. Hope this helped. Keep on writing... Haiku is addictive. :-)
