"Yes, you can!!", she exclaimed to resounding applause. Another of her 'packed to capacity' motivational sessions had concluded, participants beamed confidently, ready to take on the world.
For someone who peppered her conversations with phrases like "Never give up!!", "Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!" with aplomb and confidence, she needed every bit of her will power once she reached home.
She took a long, hard look at her reflection in the mirror, "Yes, you can!!" she exclaimed and went about clearing the clutter that she had allowed to accumulate all around for the past few months.

Work environment and Home environment are not the same. She should get up every morning, look at the mirror and say "I think I can".
ReplyDeleteTrue SG, I agree work and home are two different spheres, what I wanted to put out was it is easier when we are telling others what to do and what not to do. It could very well have been a "He". Oh yes, everyone of us needs motivation and re-assurance every once in a while.
