Dew

Sky blushes at dawn,
world wakens to new promise,
bejeweled grass gleams.

Bejeweled grass gleams,
lush green carpet beckons soles,
soul stirring sojourn.

This post is shared with Haikuheights and the prompt is DEW

  1. Beautiful. A quote from Rabindranath Tagore comes to my mind:

“Let your life lightly dance on the edges of Time like dew on the tip of a leaf.”
